SNOWWWW

When we woke up this morning the garden looked completely white, snow white. We don’t get snow often and usually it doesn’t stay for long as the ground is not froozen. A few hours after I took a few pictures of my garden the snow was gone. But my garden looked very pretty in white.

WE HAD SNOW TODAY !

A few days ago we had about 20 C°, today we have 0 C°and snow! Luckily it didn’t stay long as it wasn’t cold enough, so I took a few pictures in the garden early this morning, no sun, no blue sky alas.

The temperature is supposed to go up again slightly but nowhere near the 20 C° we had. You get so easily adjusted to eating outside, enjoying the sun, working in the garden…. it was too sonn but it felt sooo good !!

Have a great weekend !!

EASTER SNOW

Christmas was soft and wet, for Easter we got snow. I wish my plants could speak and tell me how they feel about all this.

It snows and then it melts, then again it snows heavily and then it melts, it’s ok for me but I worry about my plants as they are fragile after some warm weather we had, it is all in bloom or budding and we have frost at night…..

Have a great week all !

S.N.O.W.

We had snow last night, lots of snow, it is decades ago since we last had this amount of snow and more is comming our way. Yikes !!!! And it is COLD !!

A few pictures of my garden this afternoon.

Aparently the snow will stay for over a week and I so hate it. We are not used to it so we don’t have snowmachines to remove snow from the roads (only a few in the cities) so only salt is used but only on the big roads.

I hope you are all well and happy. Have a great week and stay safe.

OMG

I can’t believe my eyes, it is SNOWING !!!! I hate snow ! Luckily it is not cold enough to cover the ground and make the roads slippery. Snow is a problem here as we don’t get it often. Under normal circumstances we have loads and loads of traffic jams but when it snows…..disaster !!! and lots of extra work for the hospitals……
