PICTURES OF MY GARDEN

We are having a heathwave ! We go from cold to hot in one day, we can’t cope with it nor can the plants. And it has been extremely dry for a while, we live on sandy gound that dries out very quickly. But never the less, I enjoy it, everything grows and grows, with a little help of the waterhose ofcourse. We can eat outside morning, noon and evening with a nice view on the whole garden. What more do you want ??!

YELLOW

Yellow is one of my favorite colours so I like to use it in my house and in the garden. A bunch of yellow flowers give the room a sunny look even on a rainy day.

Last year I had about the same amount of flowers on my mini apple tree and I had only 1 fully grown apple, I could have had 2 but my grandson plucked one when he thought it was ripe when it was the size of a ping-pong ball !! So I am looking forward to this years “crop” 😀

Views from my world

So far we have one of the best Springs ever, it is 22 C° in the shade so everythings grows  and grows. We have been working in the garden a lot in the past weeks, on top of that we have the kids cos of the Easter holidays (2 weeks) so by the time it is evening I am total loss, out of it and so on….I am not a Spring chicken anymore and I can feel it ( I can also see that in the mirror ofcourse).

I took some pictures for you.
