IT’S DEFINITELY AUTUMN

Today is September 19th and we can feel, see and smell Autumn is here. Summer was cool and wet with here and there a few hot days. I have been taking pictures this month and you can see how nature is changing. Despite all the rain we had it is still dry but we live on sandy soil and it doesn’t keep water for long.

**WHEN THIS SEDUM IS IN BLOOM SUMMER IS AS GOOD AS OVER**

Absolutely feeling autumn in your series, Gwennie! I really like your “dead triee/pine cone” and the “dry grasses/spider” images, I’m always attracted to those outline scenes and these are great compositions. The colors on that sedum are lovely.

We are waiting for our first Autumn rainfall. It is dry and the leaves are falling from the trees from lack of moisture, not because it is time. Thank you for sharing your images of your garden.

  I do hope you’ll soon get rain. We don’t like rain but we do need it. Lots of countries have drought problems.
